About us.
Our director and lead engineer Ben Major studied mechanical engineering at university and has many years’ experience in domestic heating and plumbing. He spent his apprenticeship working with experienced engineers who passed on their knowledge of traditional heating systems. This thorough training means that Ben has the know-how to work on both older systems and newer technologies.
He is also skilled in bathroom and kitchen installations, with plenty of experience in tiling, carpentry and plastering.
Ben has a keen interest in renewable energy and has developed an expertise in installing and maintaining air and ground source heat pumps. Our team includes engineers and installers chosen for their skills and work ethic. We also work with selected tradesmen who are specialised in renewables such as photovoltaics.
Based in Monmouth, we work in Monmouthshire, Torfaen, Newport, Forest of Dean and Herefordshire. Ben’s honest approach and precise workmanship has fostered a growing network of satisfied clients.
